Shambhala is a rave where DJ Excision makes an hour and a half long mix of dubstep songs.
Dubstep is music centered around bass, its a mix of drum and bass, techno, grime, reggae, etc, all mashed together and stretched out.
DJ Excision lives in Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada. He is in his early 20's. He likes "grimy shiettttt".
